The IRA Network works in conjunction with our Affiliate Partner to arrange corporate credit lines that do not appear on your personal credit. However, you (or your guarantor) must personally sign as the guarantor. These are credit based 'signature loans'. What this means is that we base our funding decisions strictly on the credit worthiness of the borrower or borrowers. There is no collateral required and it doesn't matter if you have a great business plan or have been in business for 30 years, we are only able to get you funding based on your credit.

The borrowers may be the owners or managers of the business or anyone acting as the guarantor including friends, family members or business associates who are willing to personally guarantee the credit lines. For each person who has "good" or "excellent" credit who qualifies, you can get between $50,000 and $100,000 in credit lines for your business.

We consider "Good" credit when your middle FICO score among all three major credit bureaus is above 720. To qualify, you (or your guarantor) must also be "credit worthy". Basically this means you don't carry high debt amounts in relation to the available limits on your credit cards and you have established a relatively clean credit history with relatively few inquiries and no lates or public records. This would qualify for up to $100,000 in credit lines. If you (or your guarantor) had "excellent" credit, meaning your lowest FICO score is around 720 and you are credit worthy, then you qualify for up to $200,000. More than one person can qualify in a company. For example, if you and a guarantor combined and one of you had "good" credit and the other had "excellent" credit, your business could receive up to $300,000.

It is very important to note that in today's credit market too many inquiries can make it almost impossible to obtain any funding, so be careful how many times your credit is checked. The process starts when you sign up the membership at credit880.com. This is the quickest way to get started. Once you have access to member area you can log in your information, we normally are able to get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if you are "pre-qualified", meaning we have run your credit and we are confident we can obtain funding for the amount based on the above criteria. There is no charge for this service.

The next step is to set a time to review our documentation. Once you sign and return your application if your business is incorporated, normally you will receive your first round of funding of $50,000 -$150,000 within 100 days. The first round of funding takes an additional 2-4 weeks if you are not incorporated.

In these difficult times it is not easy to find a good source of money. Historically the credit lines come with a corporate credit card and in some cases you also receive convenience checks. The interest on the unpaid balance historically has been around prime plus 2%-5%. However, for the first round of funding, which is typically between $50,000 - $100,000 or more, we target those lenders who provide 6-12 months of interest free 0% promotions. For these credit lines you pay NO INTEREST for 6 months to a year. This interest free period helps offset our fees which are 15% and are invoiced and due after you have received your credit lines. You can even pay our fees from the credit lines. We do this to help offset your cost for funding your credit lines and to ensure you have a solid financial ground for your business venture.
